User Agreement

By using the SheshDash game, you agree to the terms of this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the game.

2. Game Rules

Players agree to follow the rules of SheshDash. The use of bots is permitted only within the functionality provided by the game. Any attempts at cheating, using hacks, or exploiting vulnerabilities are prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights to the game SheshDash, including the code, design, graphics, server logic, mechanics, and rules, belong to the author Vadim Maltsev. The game name “SheshDash” is reserved by the rightsholder. The project is not open source. Copying, distribution, or modification without the author’s written permission is prohibited.

Prohibited actions

• copy, reproduce, or distribute the game
• create clones, modifications, or derivative products
• use the code, design, mechanics, or rules of the game
• run the game or any part of it under your own name

Exclusive rights

All exclusive rights to the game belong to the rightsholder.

Legal information

SheshDash is proprietary software. Any copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited without the rightsholder’s written consent.

4. User Conduct

• Respect other players and do not use offensive language
• Do not attempt to hack or disrupt the game
• Do not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Report any bugs and vulnerabilities to the author

5. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" without any warranties. The author is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the game.

6. Changes to Agreement

The author reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Continued use of the game after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
