Game Rules

Objective

Be the first player to move all 4 of your pieces from the starting corner cell, around the board's perimeter, along the diagonal path, and into the center winning area.

Setup

  • Each player starts with 4 pieces off the board (in reserve)
  • Players take turns clockwise
  • All pieces start off the board until a 6 is rolled

Gameplay

  • Roll the dice to determine how many steps to move
  • To place your first piece on the board, you must roll a 6
  • Pieces move clockwise around the outer perimeter (28 positions)
  • After completing a full lap, pieces enter the diagonal path to center (4 steps)
  • You cannot move pieces that are off the board unless you roll a 6

Rolling a 6

When you roll a 6, you have two options:

  • Place a new piece on the starting corner cell
  • Move an existing piece 6 steps forward

Either choice gives you a bonus roll! You can keep rolling as long as you get 6s.

Capturing

  • If your piece lands EXACTLY on an opponent's piece, you capture it
  • The captured piece is removed from the board and returned to the opponent's reserve
  • You cannot capture by jumping over - must land exactly on the position
  • Capturing gives you a bonus roll (extra turn)

Blocking

You CANNOT jump over other pieces! If any piece (yours or opponent's) blocks your path, you cannot move past it. The entire path must be clear.

Winning

The first player to move all 4 pieces into the center area wins the game!

Turn Timer

  • Each player has a limited time to complete their turn
  • If time runs out, the turn is automatically skipped
